Be licensed in the name of an organisation listed as a group training organisation by the Department of Training and Workforce Development or registered as a training organisation under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996. Be used primarily for training purposes by the organisation; and have a gross vehicle mass (GVM) not exceeding 4,500 kg (i.e. light vehicles). |

Applicants must complete the Application for Concession Group Training Scheme Organisations (E59) form in person Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) centre, DoT regional office or DVS agent or by email to concessions@transport.wa.gov.au.
